What do they have in common?

Executive Presence.  This 3-hour workshop outlines the components of executive presence and provides practical activities and resources to help existing and emerging leaders develop the gravitas to more effectively influence and lead others in your organization and community.  Led by Dr. Elizabeth Fried, an executive coach whose niche is C-Suite leaders, she rarely finds that top leaders lack external technical/business skills. If there is an issue, more often than not, they lack the internal confidence and accompanying skillset for the subtleties required to project the gravitas of an influential leader. Her experience suggests you or your coaching clients may suffer similarly.

While you typically have all the technical/educational skills to help your team, organization, or school community identify critical initiatives, you may often struggle with effectively influencing them to invest in or act upon your recommendations. You may have difficulty fully articulating the organizational impact of the project to gain the requisite support, approval, or funding. Why? Perhaps you lack executive presence. If you want to elevate your leadership role to one who shapes broad organizational strategy or special project initiatives, executive presence is a critical competency.

Elizabeth’s presentation assumes you have the essential skills to conduct a solid analysis and generate viable alternatives. Thus, the focus of this highly interactive session will be how to develop and improve executive presence by offering a variety of strategies to effectively get the team, your organization, or community to embrace your ideas. Known for her practical advice and tips grounded in solid neuroscience research, Elizabeth will provide you with tactics you can implement immediately.
