Executive Presence.  This 3-hour workshop outlines the components of executive presence and provides practical activities and resources to help existing and emerging leaders develop the gravitas to more effectively influence and lead others in your organization and community.  Led by Dr. Elizabeth Fried, an executive coach whose niche is C-Suite leaders, she rarely finds that top leaders lack external technical/business skills. If there is an issue, more often than not, they lack the internal confidence and accompanying skillset for the subtleties required to project the gravitas of an influential leader. Her experience suggests you or your coaching clients may suffer similarly.
